Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of heat stress on blood biochemical indicators in mice. Method The control group (25 ℃ ) and heat stress group (42 ℃ ) contained 4 mice, respectively. For each group, we investigated the blood biochemical indicators on the 7 ^th , 14 ^th , 21 ^th and 28 ^th days. The blood biochemical indicators included Na ⁺ , K ⁺ , Cl ^- , TP, ALB, ALT, AST, LDH and ALP, and were tested using Rocky automatic biochemical analyzer. The Na ⁺ , K ⁺ , Cl ^- used the ion-selective electrode method, TP used the biuret method, ALB used the bromocresol green method, and ALT, AST, LDH and ALP used the rate method. Result On the 7 th , 14 ^th , 21 ^th and 28 ^th day of the heat stress group, the serum Na ⁺ concentration was higher than those in the control group, the serum K ⁺ concentration was lower than those in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. The serum C1 ^- concentration of the heat stress group was significantly higher than the control group only on the 28 ^th day (P<0. 05) . TP level showed no significant difference in each period, while the ALB level of the heat stress group was significantly higher than the control group on the 28 ^th day ( P < 0. 01) . The AST, LDH and ALP concentrations of the heat stress group were significantly higher than the the control group on the 21 ^th day (P<0. 05) . Conclusion Heat stress can increase the concentration of the ALT, AST, LDH and ALP.

摘要： 目的 探讨热应激对小鼠血液生化指标的影响。 方法 实验从 25 ℃ 对照组和 42 ℃ 热应激第 7、14、21、28 天,各选取 4 只小鼠进行血液生化指标的测定。 血液生化指标包括小鼠血清 Na + 、K + 、Cl - 、血清总蛋白( TP) 、血清 白蛋白(ALB) 、丙 氨 酸 氨 基 转 移 酶 ( ALT) 、天 冬 氨 酸 氨 基 转 移 酶 ( AST) 、乳 酸 脱 氢 酶 ( LDH) 、血 清 碱 性 磷 酸 酶 (ALP) 。 采用罗氏全自动生化分析仪进行测定。 其中 Na + 、K + 、Cl - 采用离子选择电极法;血清总蛋白采用双缩脲 法;白蛋白采用溴甲酚绿法;ALT、AST、LDH、ALP 采用速率法。 结果 热应激 7、14、21 和 28 d,小鼠血清中的 Na + 浓度较对照组偏高,而 K +浓度均较对照组偏低,但是各组之间不存显著差异。 C1 - 浓度较对照组在第 28 天时显著 增高(P<0. 05) 。 TP 含量在各个时期不存在显著差异,而 ALB 的含量在第 28 天显著高于对照组( P<0. 01) 。 热应 激组 AST、LDH、ALP 浓度在第 21 天时显著高于对照组( P< 0. 05) 。 结论 热应激提高了小鼠血清中 ALT、AST、 LDH、ALP 浓度。
